- Define your desire clearly.
- Go within (enter your closet) and shut the door of your senses to the outside world.
- Take your attention completely away from everything except your desire.
- Assume a receptive attitude of mind (Mary/water).
- Joyfully contemplate being and possessing your desire, feeling yourself to be one with it.
- Persist until you feel a thrill, indicating you are 'married and impregnated'.
- Return from meditation, knowing you are a 'pregnant bride' and the signs will follow.

Prayer is a 'spiritual wedding' where you relinquish your present identity and assume the nature of your desired state. This involves going within, shutting out the senses, and joyfully contemplating being and possessing your desire until you feel impregnated by it.
When thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.-Matt. 6:6. What things soever y,e desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.-Mark 11 :24. Prayer is the most wonderful experience man can have. Unlike the daily murmurings of the vast majority of mankind in all lands who by their vain repetitions hope to gain the ear of God, prayer is the ecstasy of a spiritual wedding taking place in the deep, silent stillness of consciousenss. In its true sense prayer is God's marriage ceremony. Just as a maid on her wedding day relinquishes the name of her family to assume the name of her husband, in like manner, one who prays must relinquish his present name or nature and assume the nature of that for which he prays.
This technique emphasizes that prayer is not begging but a conscious act of identification. The receptive mind (bride/womb) unites with the desired state (groom), leading to an 'impregnation' that will manifest outwardly.
