Step by step

  1. Identify an undesirable aspect of your current reality or self.
  2. Reject this undesirable reflection; do not accept it.
  3. Look into the 'mirror of your mind' (imagination).
  4. Assume and declare that you are now what you desire to be.
  5. Do not 'look away' or forget this desired image.
  6. Persist in this assumption, living in that awareness continually (morning, noon, and night).
  7. Experience the truth of your assumption as it reflects itself in your world.

I Am The Cause

Instead of accepting the undesirable reflection of your current reality, look into the 'mirror of your mind' and assume the desired state. Persist in this assumption, living in the awareness of being that desired person morning, noon, and night, and it will be reflected in your world.

Do you like what the mirror reflects back to you and your background tells you? If it is not what you would like to live with, don't accept it. Rather, look into the mirror of your mind and assume that you are what you would like to be. Declaring that you are now it, don't look away and forget the image reflected there, but persist in your assumption. Live in that awareness morning, noon and night as though it were true, and no power can stop you from experiencing its truth. This is a world of effects, as told us in the Book of James. If you look into the mirror and, seeing yourself, you turn away and forget what manner of man you look like, you will continue to perpetuate your unlovely state. But if you look into the minor of your mind and - seeing what you desire to see, continue thinking from that state, you will see it reflect itself in your world.

The external world is a mirror reflecting one's inner state. To change the reflection, one must change the inner image by consciously assuming the desired identity and persistently dwelling in that awareness. Forgetting the desired image leads to perpetuating the undesirable one.
