Step by step

1. Remove your attention from the current sensory environment (Esau).
2. Concentrate your attention on your desired objective (Jacob).
3. Make 'elsewhere' 'here' and 'then' 'now' by imagining the objective as physically present.
4. Mentally 'feel' the objective as solidly real, as if touching it.
5. Lose yourself in the reality of this feeling.
6. Open your eyes, and despite sensory contradiction, remain faithful to the 'blessing' (the feeling of reality) given to the desired state.
