1. Wake up within your own skull, recognizing it as a tomb/sepulcher.
2. Possess an intuitive wisdom on how to exit.
3. Push from within, like a child being born.
4. Experience the 'stone' rolling away and emerge head first, then the rest of the body.
5. Look back at the skull, recognizing it as the place of burial and the 'Dream of Life.'

The spiritual birth involves waking within one's own skull (the sepulcher) and, with intuitive wisdom, pushing oneself out from within, similar to a child's birth. This internal effort causes the 'stone' to roll away, and one emerges fully grown, realizing the skull was the place of burial and the 'Dream of Life.'

Then you rise within your own skull – and you are fully grown! That is where you were buried all along. That’s where you were dreaming the Dream of Life and thought it real.
