3. Inwardly carry on conversations with friends or those whose respect you desire.
4. Conduct these conversations from the premise that they already see you as the man/woman you want the world to see.
5. Persist in these inner words, knowing they are the 'breeding ground of future action' and will lay new tracks for energy to flow over.
