Step by step
- Identify a desire for a friend or another person.
- Go into a quiet state.
- Imagine a scene implying the fulfillment of their desire (e.g., hearing their voice tell you the good news, congratulating them).
- Engage your senses in this imaginal act (e.g., hear their voice, feel their hand).
- Feel the emotion of relief, joy, or satisfaction as if the desire is already a fact.
- Drop the imaginal act, trusting it is done, and do not repeat it daily.

The Identical Harvest
To manifest for a friend or another, enter the mood of hearing or seeing them express the fulfillment of their desire, or imagine an action that implies their wish is already a reality, and feel the relief or joy of that fulfillment.
Can you actually believe that you can put your hand upon a friend and tell the friend you’ve never seen him look better, or hear him say he’s never felt better? Can you put your hand into his hand and congratulate him on his good fortune and have him tell you he’s never had more? ... I went into my bedroom, and proceeded to put myself into the mood of hearing his voice – I had just heard it – telling me that he has the piano. That night a lovely piano concerto was on. ... So, I imagined it was Freedom. I sat there entranced with the beauty of this music, and I assumed it was Freedom playing; and then I turned it off just as it came to the end, so I would not hear who played it. I assumed it was Freedom. Then in my imagination I put my hands upon his shoulders and thanked him for the joy that he gave me and felt completely relieved in what I had done.
This technique leverages the principle that imagination is God and all are one. By imaginatively experiencing the desired outcome for another, one plants the seed for its manifestation in their world, and by extension, in the other's.
