Step by step

1. Experience the body splitting from the top of the head to the base of the spine, creating a wide valley.

This technique describes a profound mystical experience where the individual's body (the Mount of Olives) is split from head to base of spine. Living, pulsing light (living water) is seen at the base of the spine.
