Now I will move across a bridge of events which will compel me to go to San Francisco. I may have no desire to go, but I will; for I have prepared the place, occupied it, and although I returned to where I was and later may resist the going, I cannot stop it, for I have created it and I will fulfill what I have done.
Once a desired state is imaginatively penetrated and felt as real, a series of natural, compelling events ('bridge of events') will unfold in the outer world to bring about its physical manifestation, even if one consciously resists.

If it takes one thousand or ten thousand people to play their parts to bring you into the embodiment of what you have assumed you are, they will play their parts, knowingly or unknowingly. You don't have to be concerned as to who is going to aid you. Simply dare to assume you are what you want to be, and you will compel everyone to play their part to bring about your assumption. That is life.
Once an assumption is made and persisted in, the universe (including other people) will automatically arrange itself and play its part to bring about the fulfillment of that assumption. The individual does not need to concern themselves with the 'how' or the specific means.
Summary
And as you dare to assume that you are, and you walk in that assumption just as though it were true, in a way that no one knows you will be led across a series of events toward the fulfillment of that assumption, and no power in the world can stop it if you are persistent in that assumption.
The 'Bridge of Events' is the natural, often unseen, sequence of circumstances and encounters that unfolds to lead one from their current physical reality to the fulfillment of their assumed state. This bridge is automatically created and traversed when one persists in their assumption.
Seedtime And Harvest
The spiritual body, on its return from the imagined state to its former physical state, created an invisible bridge of incident to link the two states. Although the curious feeling that you were actually there and that the state was real is gone, as soon as you open your eyes upon the old familiar environment, nevertheless, you are haunted with the sense of a double identity - with the knowledge that 'there is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.' When you, the natural man, have had this experience you will go automatically across the bridge of events which leads to the physical realization of your invisibly prepared place.
After successfully occupying a desired state in imagination (spiritual body), an 'invisible bridge of incident' is created to connect that imagined state with the current physical reality. This bridge consists of a series of automatic events that unfold to lead the 'natural man' to the physical realization of the 'invisibly prepared place.'
